This is a part‑time remote role for a Vice President of Capital Markets. The individual will oversee and manage capital market strategies, assess and execute investment opportunities, perform in‑depth financial modeling and analysis, and ensure thorough due diligence processes. The role requires collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and investors to drive financial decision‑making and deliver recommendations that align with company goals.

• Strong expertise in Finance, Investments, and capital market strategies
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and conducting detailed Financial Analysis
• Extensive experience in performing Due Diligence and evaluating investment opportunities
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and decision‑making skillsOutstanding communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote and part‑time capacity
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
