Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in San Angelo, Texas — earn up to ($1862 - $1960 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.

Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Experience / Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas with MedSurg experience preferred.

Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a healthcare team setting.

Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.

Experience in patient education and health management strategies.

Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.

Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and families.

Proven track record of achieving departmental targets and goals.

Familiarity with data utilization to improve patient care outcomes.

Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
