Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units to improve and maintain Encompass system functionalities and processes
Evaluate and enhance the Encompass system and its integrations for process-flow improvements
Design and implement change requests and serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in Ellie Mae Encompass Administration
5+ years of experience in building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within Encompass / LOS
5+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
