Job description

MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF WAREHOUSE OR INVENTORY EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join a leading distribution company in North Houston!

Schedule :  Monday - Friday 3 : 00 pm - 12 : 00 am

General Laborer Requirements :

  • Must have at least one year of warehouse or inventory experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.
  • Prior experience in roles such as a Warehouse Associate, Inventory Clerk, and General Laborer is a big plus!

    • General Laborer Responsibilities :

  • Inspect and unload incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
  • Categorize and place items in designated storage locations for easy access and efficient organization.
  • Regularly count and verify stock levels to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
  • Select and prepare items for shipment in accordance with order specifications and quality standards.
  • Keep work areas and storage areas clean and organized to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
