Registered Dietitian

Full-Time | San Jose, CA | Hourly Rate : $39 - $45

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide individualized nutritional assessments, counseling, and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients of all ages.
  • Create culturally sensitive, age-appropriate meal plans and educational materials tailored to each patient’s needs and background.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and community partners to ensure continuity of care, including follow-ups and referrals.
  • Document care accurately in Epic and contribute to ongoing improvement of nutrition workflows, templates, and protocols.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field; RD credential in good standing required (Master’s preferred).
  • BLS and First Aid certification with strong computer proficiency, especially in EHR systems like Epic.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in community-based nutrition care; experience with older or frail adults is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese fluency highly preferred. Additional language skills are a strong asset.
