Benefits :This position plays a critical role focusing on the development, training, and successful implementation of our behavioral programs. All behavioral support services offered by Iridescent BSS are person centered, trauma-informed, collaborative, and based on a combination of applied behavior analysis and clinical perspectives.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the individuals team members, including other experts working with the individual to best meet the individuals behavior needs.
Provide Behavioral Support Services (BSS) for individuals served within Iridescent BSS (provider for Developmental Disabilities Administration).
Train families and staff on strategies as well as data collection procedures utilizing a client data management system.
Review data and provide valuable information to best support continued behavioral progress.
BSS services provided by this position include :
Behavioral Assessment
Complete a functional behavioral assessment and adaptive skills assessment to determine appropriate functional alternatives to challenging behaviors
Each assessment should include a thorough review of behavioral data and records, and interview with relevant team members, and observations conducted in appropriate environmental setting(s).
Submit a completed assessment document within ten business days of completing the interview and observations.
Behavioral Plan
Use information collected during the behavioral assessment to develop a quality behavioral plan that includes proactive strategies, skill building strategies, reinforcement strategies, and response strategies.
Behavioral Consultation
Provide training to all staff and family members that will be implementing the behavioral plan.
Complete additional observations and assessments needed throughout the year.
Review and interpret data on a regular basis.
Train and provide guidance to RBTs assigned to shared cases.
Qualifications : Required :
Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
LCSW-C, LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or BCBA required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral challenges.
