Overview

I’m currently working with a growing private equity firm based in Chicago that is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their investment team, with a focus on the industrials sector .

The firm specializes in lower middle-market investments, partnering closely with founders and management teams to drive growth and operational excellence. This role provides hands-on experience across the full investment cycle, including sourcing new opportunities, conducting due diligence, evaluating strategic and operational initiatives, and supporting portfolio management.

The team has a strong sector focus in industrials, logistics, and route-based services , allowing team members to develop deep industry expertise and make a meaningful impact on the companies they invest in.
