We have an opening for a full-time Client Operations Business Analyst. This position involves working directly with the AVP of Client Operations and our Operational Development team. A qualified candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be customer focused, detail oriented and able to work quickly and accurately in a deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Improvement & Operational Implementation :

• Assist in the operational execution of regulatory updates, supporting seamless integration into client operations workflows, admin systems, and processes.
• Support the development and implementation of testing structures for process and system updates, ensuring quality control expectations are met and documented.
• Aid in data conversions and system migrations, ensuring data integrity during transitions.
• Assist in Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and assist in process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Support the onboarding of new clients / products for the Client Ops Team, including training and resource planning.
