The role of the Program Manager III will be responsible for overseeing critical work that supports the caregiver experience across the enterprise. This caregiver will be a part of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Global Leadership and Learning Institute. The institute is designed to provide experiential classes and online learning modules at every experience level to give Cleveland Clinic caregivers the tools and the connections they need to find success, while allowing them to develop their own career path.

This role is responsible for managing and advancing programs focused on caregiver experience across the organization. The Program Manager III will partner closely with various stakeholdersincluding HR, operations, and frontline caregiversto translate strategic priorities into caregiver experience programs. This position plays a key role in creating an environment where caregivers feel heard, valued, and supported, contributing directly to retention and caregiver satisfaction.

We are seeking someone who has experience in project management or project coordination to support a portfolio of 10-15 workstreams at any given time.

A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule, Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, located at Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus in Beachwood, OH.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

  • Manage and implement programs focused on improving caregiver experience.
  • Maintain and enhance systems and processes to support program success.
  • Develop and track metrics to assess the impact and success of caregiver programs.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure caregiver initiatives are aligned and effective.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Lead or support projects related to caregiver feedback, engagement, and recognition.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of related experience.
  • OR Master's Degree and 4 years of experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills.
  • Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include :

  • Healthcare setting experience.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
