About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality System Specialist to join our team on-site and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to controlled substances. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational integrity and regulatory adherence across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of controlled substances, including receipt, storage, dispensing, record keeping, ARCOS reporting, and disposal
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
