We are currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Assistants .
This hands-on opportunity is ideal for anyone interested in building a career in event coordination, community events, and public engagement .
No previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of community events and live programs Support event registration, guest services, and on-site logistics Interact with attendees to provide information and ensure a positive event experience Work closely with team members to maintain smooth event operations Track attendance numbers, participant feedback, and event participation Attend training sessions and skill development workshops Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all events Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence interacting with the public Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Able to work both independently and as part of a team Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States Availability for weekend and evening events No previous experience is required — paid training is provided .
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is helpful but not necessary.
