Field Pea Catering is hiring a Catering Chef to support food preparation and event execution for both on property and off site events. This position is based out of Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen SouthPark and works closely with the Catering Sous Chef to prepare menu items, organize event needs, and help execute events in a variety of settings.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both kitchen prep and working events. Some events take place on property, while others are held off site at private homes, venues, or locations where temporary kitchen setups are required. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, able to follow recipes, and comfortable loading in, cooking on site, and helping break everything down after service.
