Pay Information

$105 to $135 per hour

About The Position

Cardiothoracic Surgery First Assist Physician Assistant - Louisiana

Cardiothoracic Surgery PA role in Louisiana near New Orleans with weekday shifts, high-acuity cases, and ongoing need.

Highlights

  • Two openings - build a true 1 : 3 call schedule
  • Support a tight-knit team of 5 surgeons
  • Ongoing full-time need with block scheduling flexibility
  • Start in 30 days with travel and lodging assistance

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient and OR-focused role
  • Full scope of CTS / CVS, including transplants
  • Vein harvesting required
  • Collaborative surgical team and advanced tech support

    • Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm
  • 1 : 3 call rotation
  • Ongoing need with flexible blocks

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Adult cardiothoracic surgical cases
  • Vein harvesting, transplant support, full-scope CTS / CVS

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified Physician Assistant
  • Minimum 24 months of surgical first assist experience
  • Active Louisiana license required

    • Travel Accommodations
