Job Summary
Black & Veatch has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Hydrogeologist Professional focused on western water supply management and water resilience initiatives. This position may consist of an 80 / 20 mix of field and office assignments, respectively. There is also a potential for full time field assignments. This position will also include national focused support groundwater and underground injection control (ASR, MAR, deep well disposal, carbon sequestration, and hydrogen storage) types of projects. This includes technical report writing and other hydrogeologic and water resources related activities. This individual will also be responsible for supporting and evaluation of data in the field and in the office, preparation of well permit applications, technical specifications and bid documents, preparation of work definition documents, schedules and budgets, and support of report preparation.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in Geology, Geoscience, Earth Science or Environmental Science required. Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Certifications
Certified Hydrogeologist
Work Environment / Schedule
Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
Salary
Annual compensation range : $108,944.00 - $163,438.00
