About this job:

• Tutors will provide academic support to students across various grade levels of their preference and subject areas with the help of the classroom teachers.
• Tutors will work closely with students to reinforce classroom instruction, strengthen subject comprehension, and support the development of effective study habits.
• This role involves working in small groups or one-on-one to help students build confidence, improve academic performance, and stay engaged in their learning.

Qualities We Seek:

Strong Academics:

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.

Committed and Flexible:

• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training.
