Desktop Engineer (Onsite – North Phoenix, AZ)

$40–$46 / hr W2

We're seeking 3 D esktop Engineers to join a national healthcare services organization on a long-term project with the potential to convert to full-time employment. This role is onsite in North Phoenix and plays a key part in maintaining and improving desktop infrastructure across a secure, regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain desktop infrastructure projects.
• Define and enforce desktop standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide Tier II / III support for escalated desktop issues.
• Manage desktop imaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune
• Support end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, AV, and telephony.
• Administer internal and third-party applications (ticketing, VDI, secure file transfer, etc.).
• Collaborate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., NIST, CIS ) and participate in change management efforts.
