Senior Risk Management Analyst
The Senior Risk Management Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, strategic, and reputational risks within Exclusive Collective's portfolio of high-end luxury destination and club environments. This position helps safeguard company assets, protect member experiences, and support regulatory compliance across a global portfolio of properties, vendors, and services.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, experience with risk management information systems, and a solid understanding of insurance and risk frameworkspreferably within hospitality, travel, luxury services, or real estate.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Enterprise Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise-wide risks across financial, operational, strategic, and reputational categories
- Analyze loss, claim, and incident data to identify trends and recommend mitigation strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to reduce operational risk through safety protocols, training, and guidelines
Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS)
- Participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a comprehensive RMIS, including:
- Capturing exposure data across entities and properties
- Tracking insurance policies, endorsements, and correspondence
- Recording incidents and distinguishing costs that become claims
- Monitoring uninsured losses and related expenses
- Allocating insurance costs across business units for budgeting and reporting
Insurance & Vendor Risk
- Support the development and management of a complex, multi-line insurance program
- Oversee vendor insurance compliance and assist with contract review to mitigate third-party risk
- File insurance claims and proofs of loss and track claim progress and recoveries
- Participate in meetings with insurers and brokers, providing input on coverage structure and risk solutions
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Produce risk analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting for leadership and ownership groups
- Develop reports supporting budgeting, premium allocation, and key metrics for operational and financial performance
- Provide Finance with risk exposure data and analysis to support forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare board-ready materials, including the annual risk management stewardship report
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 58+ years of experience in risk management or insurance, preferably within hospitality, travel, luxury services, or real estate
- Insurance designation preferred such as CPCU, AIC, ARM, CIC
- Strong knowledge of risk management information systems and insurance programs
- Experience with financial modeling and data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
