Director of Nursing (DNS)

We’re on the lookout for a strong, confident Director of Nursing (DNS) to step into a leadership role at a skilled nursing facility. If you’re all about elevating care, supporting your team, and keeping the clinical side running smooth, this role is right up your alley.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and mentor the nursing team with clarity, confidence, and good energy

Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure top-tier resident care

Keep the facility in full compliance with all state + federal guidelines

Collaborate with leadership to boost outcomes, quality, and staff development

Create a positive, supportive culture for both staff and residents

What You Bring :

Current RN license in good standing

Strong leadership skills and long-term care experience (major bonus)

Solid communication, organization, and decision-making abilities

Someone who can balance compassion with strong clinical oversight
