Senior Program Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Program Ops Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee sick leave, occupational health medicine, and absence processes to ensure compliance with EMEA regulations

Design and implement scalable processes for absence and occupational health management across EMEA

Serve as the main point of contact for external occupational health service providers and collaborate with internal teams for seamless absence management

Qualifications

3+ years in HR operations, contact centers, customer support, or related field, focusing on sick leave / absenteeism management

Understanding of EU labor law, occupational health, and EMEA regulations

Proficiency in Workday, Jira, and HRIS platforms; strong project management skills

Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or a related field (e.g., business administration)
