You'll collaborate with surgeons performing next-level open heart surgeries while contributing to a growing program. If working with advanced devices and equipment excites you, this role will keep you engaged and challenged. • We perform approximately 400 surgical procedures annually, including Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), valve repair and replacement, and complex aorta repairs.\n

• Work in a 10-bed unit with advanced technology and a highly skilled team, specializing in major cardiac surgeries and complex cardiovascular conditions.\n
• Care for patients recovering from intricate cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), heart valve surgery, and aortic surgery.\n
• Deliver specialized care with expertise, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered approaches in our state-of-the-art intensive care unit.\n
• Administer medications and perform essential procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.\n
• Provide patient education and support to enhance health and wellness.\n
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure a smooth transition for patients.\n

• Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).\n
