Job description

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment.   • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
  • Must have at least 24 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience.\n
  • Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.\n\nRequirements\n
  • Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).\n
  • This role may require floating to additional units and locations\n
  • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >

50 miles from facility to be submitted.\n

  • Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.\n
  • 6 months between Staff at Program : Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health\n
  • 6 months between Per Diem at Program : Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health\n
  • 6 months between Travel at Program : Cross Country Program - Beth Israel Lahey Health\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.\n\nAdditional Details\n\nRequired Skills and Experience : RN position providing direct patient care in an urgent care setting. Must have urgent care or ambulatory experience. Must be separated for 6+ months in order to be considered.\n\nRequired Credentials : BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Government Issued Photo ID\n\nShift & Scheduling Requirements : Wed, Thurs, Fri 7 : 45a-7p and every Saturday 7 : 45a-4p\n\n7 days maximum time off\n\n1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission\n\n1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission\n\nProof of identification required\n\nCertifications\n
