Job Title : Machine Operator

Location : Grandville, MI

Shift : 1st Shift (6 : 30 AM - 4 PM)

Pay : $19-21 (Based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will set up, operate, and maintain light-metal fabrication equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Set up and operate a variety of fabrication and machining equipment, including drill presses, radial drills, automatic cut-off saws, ironworker, milling machines, lathes, shapers, turret punch press, plasma torch table, brake press, and moving material using overhead cranes.
• Interpret and follow simple detail and assembly prints to ensure accurate machine setup and part production.
• Monitor production cycles, replenish raw materials, perform minor troubleshooting, and ensure consistent quality.
• Perform routine maintenance—cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments—to keep equipment in proper working order.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and compliance with company / OSHA standards.
