• BC / BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
• 16-18 patients per day
• New patients are scheduled at 40-minute intervals and follow-ups are 20 minutes
• 7 : 30 AM - 5 PM, M - F
• Practice call - telephonic - 1 : 15 or better
• Physician-run organization an exclusive focus on complex Medicare patients
• Small panel size (350 - 450 patients)
