The Talent Development Program Manager III is responsible for designing, implementing, measuring, and driving adoption of enterprise-wide talent management frameworks and programs. This role will collaborate with internal and external partners to carry out our strategy to attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry!

Responsibilities / Expectations

  • Carries out our enterprise learning and development strategy and talent development processes, having a particular focus on one or more of the processes as subject matter specialist / program manager
  • Collaborates with business leaders, HRBPs, HRIS, and others to ensure consistency in services and resources provided and end-user focused simplicity
  • Maintains familiarity with current trends, research and standard methodologies
  • Develops and facilitates training and development for employees of all levels
  • Collaborates with internal partners; revises and implements new and evolving organizational effectiveness solutions in alignment with business strategy and performance needs
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements program enhancements or process improvements and handles vendor relationships and systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Education / Years of Experience

  • Required : Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational behavior, industrial / organizational psychology, or related field; a minimum of five (5) years HR, organizational or employee development, leadership / coaching development, or related experience
  • Preferred : Master's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years' experience
  • Other Requirements

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational / interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively partner with leaders and HR colleagues
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development and / or large scale strategic employee development initiatives
  • Exceptional project / program management skills with ability to work within a matrix organization structure
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to effectively facilitate groups
  • Great teammate who models shared accountability and personal responsibility
  • Preferred : Assessment certifications (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, KornFerry, ESCI)
  • Preferred : Workday experience
