We are partnered with a growing law firm in the heart of Western North Carolina seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of transactional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional ready to take ownership of their practice, grow a book of business, and work toward Partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and residential real estate contracts and closing documents
- Manage real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Conduct due diligence, review titles, and resolve title issues
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, and leasing matters
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in business development and networking within the Western North Carolina region
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
- 3–5 years of transactional real estate experience (commercial and residential)
- Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to generate business and advance toward Partnership
