About the Role
BlueVoyant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across a designated territory, focusing on both Small and Mid-sized companies (SMCs) and Enterprise clients. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving team performance, and achieving revenue targets. You will manage a high-performing team of SMC and Enterprise sellers, collaborating closely with field sellers, sales engineers, channel account executives, and business development representatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of building successful sales organizations.
