Consultant Care Specialist

The Consultant Care Specialist is responsible for diverse day-to-day consultant facing activity, to include : Inbound and outbound phone calls, consultant and recruiter directed emails, and consultant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to consultants to learn about their consultant, client, and Oxford experiences, in an effort to provide superior customer service experience.
• Answer inbound calls and emails to assist consultants with various inquiries, including escalated conflict resolution.
• Act as an extension of our recruiting team to aid our consultants with their questions throughout the life cycle of their assignment at Oxford.
• Act as an extension of our recruiting team to aid our consultants with questions before, during and after their assignments.
• Respond to inquiries from management, clients, etc.
• Provide project assistance / analysis as needed.
• Handle research requests for detail / documentation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Level Degree in Business or Preferred

Salary Information : $45,000 - $53,000
