Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, individualized care to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Our CNA team is responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, observing and reporting changes in patient condition, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and concise records of patient care and progress
Participate in education and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
