Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update job descriptions, pay ranges, and position data
Prepare and validate data for compensation surveys and market benchmarking
Support annual merit and bonus processes, ensuring compliance with pay policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
1-2 years of HR, payroll, or compensation experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable working with numbers
