A company is looking for a Partner Success and Experience Lead, Enterprise Partner Solutions, Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Assess current technology infrastructure and provide insights on partner needs for integration
Inspire and develop recommendations for tooling to improve partner experience and automate processes
Collaborate with technology delivery teams to ensure partner ecosystem needs are reflected in roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in business-related roles
7+ years of enterprise experience in partner ecosystem strategy, solution delivery, or technology launch
Ability to communicate with business and technology delivery teams
Experience presenting to senior leaders on technology's role in improving partner experience
Knowledge of the Cloud partner ecosystem and related software offerings preferred
