Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Charlotte, NC, for an Industrial Engineer specializing in the food industry. It will require full-time travel within the U.S., at a minimum. The Industrial Engineer will focus on streamlining manufacturing processes, analyzing operational workflows, and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and quality. Key tasks include conducting data analysis, collaborating with teams, refining processes, and delivering measurable improvements in production and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering for process optimization
• Implementation of changes / Change Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating workflows, data, and productivity opportunities
• Proven ability in Communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings
• Experience in Process Improvement for refining manufacturing and operational efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the food production industry and regulatory standards is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
