Summary Objective :

This position specializes in performing an Operational test, tear down, fabrication, diagnostics, and installations of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical components, including but not limited to general repair.

Essential Functions :

• Perform diagnostics on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Installation upfit of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Perform general repairs.
• Welding.
• Perform quality control checks on all completed jobs.
• Must have own tools (A list will be provided). Reasonable accommodation may be considered.

Competencies :

Supervisory Responsibility :

This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment :

This position works in a climate-controlled shop setting. Proper PPE will be provided and must be worn at all times.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. with a half hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.

Travel :

No travel is expected for this position.

Preferred Education and Experience :

5+ years’ experience as a service technician
