Mid / Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

About the role

You will be joining a newly formed web development team dedicated to building our web application framework from scratch. Leveraging your expertise in React, Next.js or comparable frameworks, and Tailwind CSS or similar styling solutions , you will design and implement scalable, high-performance web solutions. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in making key technical decisions and will help establish best practices and set the foundation for a robust and efficient development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Architect and Develop :  Design and build the foundational web application framework using  React, Next.js or similar frameworks, and Tailwind CSS or equivalent .
• Technical Leadership :  Make critical decisions regarding package management, bundling strategies, application architecture, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Code Quality :  Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices and code reviews.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with our CEO (who is also our designer!), key stakeholders, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Scalability :  Build systems that are scalable, efficient, and robust to support rapid growth and evolving product needs.
• Continuous Improvement :  Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process and product offerings.
• Mentorship :  As the team grows, mentor and guide new frontend developers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
