Azure DevOps Engineer

Location : Hopkins, MN-Hybrid

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience with developing and implementing applications and end-to-end solutions
• At least 5 years of progressive experience with CI / CD, application monitoring, and resilience on Public Cloud
• Hands-on experience deploying and running applications on Azure Public Cloud
• Experience in designing and developing features in C# .NET applications (Web and Windows)
• Familiarity with SSIS / Azure Data Factory / SSRS
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with IaC, CI / CD / DevOps / DevSecOps, Test Automation, and Supportability
• Experience with core toolsets such as Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab CI / CD, Jira, Splunk, ADO pipeline
• Exposure to .NET, Docker / K8s, on-prem and / or Azure environments
• Expertise in Azure IaaS / PaaS, including defining / creating runtime environments, network, and storage
• Database experience with Client SQL Server (must have) and Cassandra (nice to have)
• Experience in end-to-end System Solutioning on Cloud for Resilience, Security, Performance, Availability, and Scalability
• Knowledge of the Financial Services domain is highly desirable
• Partner with application teams in their journey to Public Cloud
• Serve as a key technical lead and liaison between application teams and the enterprise cloud migration initiative
• Identify end-to-end DevOps solutions, leveraging best practices and patterns
• Act as a self-starter who can adapt to new technologies / skills, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives forward
• Assist teams in overcoming complex CI / CD challenges
• Upgrade .NET framework of existing apps, recommend and resolve upgrade issues
• Understand SDLC and / or Agile methodologies
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex computer programs
