Responsibilities

• Learn to safely and efficiently operate various pieces of converting equipment.
• Effectively learn and apply established quality control procedures.
• Execute position responsibilities pertaining to the assigned work center.
• Read and follow order specification documents.
• Consistently work to develop or enhance your skill set.
• Work effectively with co-workers and establish a team approach to achieve company goals and expectations.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Successfully work in multiple areas of the converting plant and perform to expectations.

Work Environment

Work in a very large facility that can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The weekend shift runs from Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 : 30 PM, where employees work 36 hours but are paid for 40. Occasionally, mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays. The facility houses advanced machines like the 112" Multiflute Corrugator, Flexo Folder Gluers, and others. Dress appropriately to accommodate varying temperatures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30 / hr.
