Job Summary

The Cooker Operator is responsible for running the cooker, but their primary job is to unload UCO trailers and move inventory out to finished tanks.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Always conduct yourself in a safe and controlled manner
• Run cooker in an efficient manner within selected parameters
• Clean-up to include but not limited to shoveling the floor, hosing floors and machinery down, using wheelbarrows and PIT's.
• Document accurate inventories and load out finished trucks
• Learn and understand all GMP's and SOP's associated with finished product and document all necessary forms and documents
• Notify office and management of any issues or maintenance problems
• Handle all cleaning and maintenance for tank area and basement. Ask for help when needed.
• All other duties as assigned
