Job descriptionPick up mail from box- daily Scan notices from mail into Notice Ninja Send child support notices from mail to CSR Route any other mail to appropriate individuals Track packages for weekly payments and QTR mailings Enter proof of receipt into Notice Ninja Go to post office to submit outgoing mail- 2 times a week Quarterlies to enter info into quarterly tracker File paperwork for quarterlies and weekly payments Gather rejected 8655 from emails Determine what CSR has rejected client Office supplies and stock ordering for the tax department Preparation of zero tax coupons Qualifications : Admin experience (1 year preferred) Associate degree preferred Driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to the success of our clients and internal team members Ability to multitask and be organized Excellent communication skills Powered by JazzHR
