Job descriptionSupports all Preventive Maintenance for 400 locations, 70 technicians Working to get all assets into Maximo Looking for strong Maximo workstreams and development Project tracking experience Designs and defines the business, system and functional requirements elicitation technique based on the WAM project scope and "Progressive Build" development methodology using MS Project, MS Visio and Client ALM; Responsible in the identification, understanding, and documentation of business requirements, including the applications capable of supporting those requirements; Performs GAP analysis to understand AS-IS and TO-BE business process; Responsible for handling requirement churn; Documents and delivers Functional Design Document (FDD) to the project team; Balancing requirements between business units for standardization of Maximo applications. Elicit the security, controls and SOX requirements for the user groups and roles in the system; Designs the "Security Group and Roles" for security, controls and SOX requirements; Collect reporting requirements and assists in creating the Reporting Design Document (RDD) for reports based on IBM Cognos, and SAP Business Objects (Business Intelligence) to integrate them into IBM Maximo which will enhance the business of AEP. Evaluates internal technical needs of WAM project and recommend solutions for infrastructure and several technical environments for implementing IBM Maximo; Assess available technologies to create development specifications for Maximo using "IBM Application Designer (Java and HTML)" as well as detailed test cases using Client ALM; Assess available technologies to analyze integration specifications to integrate legacy application in to IBM Maximo using "Web Methods" and evaluate them using "SOAP UI"; Responsible for writing functional test scripts for System Test, Integration Test, Regression Test and User Acceptance Test; Assists and Evaluate Data mapping from multiple sources into Maximo. Assists Data Validation process by writing the test scripts; Responsible for running and managing the automated "Pre-Data Validation - SAP Business Object" reports in Client ALM; Plays a key role in training employees on application, database, and operating systems by writing the User Acceptance test scripts and assisting the OCM team with the Training Modules; Facilitates the testing activities mainly with the test script execution using Client-ALM; Assists to analyze test defects and assign criticality and priority to defects based on its complexity during the Defect Triage Meeting; Manages the Defect-Life Cycle, responsible to close the defects once the re-test is performed on the defect to make the product bug free. This position requires the following skill sets : requirement lifecycle management, business process layouts, testing lifecycle, and data mapping & management. This position requires a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunication Systems or equivalent education or experience.
