About the Role
Kimel Psychological Services (KPS) is seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist to join our team. This full-time role centers on conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adultsmany of whom present with developmental disabilities, learning disorders, ADHD, autism, or mood-related challenges. Therapy opportunities may also be available if desired.
As part of our team, youll conduct thorough assessments that help families, schools, and providers better understand a childs strengths and needs. We serve individuals from age 1 through adulthood, though each clinician typically specializes in certain age ranges. Testing generally occurs 12 mornings per week, with report writing and scoring completed remotely for flexibility.

What Youll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations (ADOS-2, WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WIAT-III, and others)Write clear and timely reports (drafts due within 10 days of testing)Lead parent interviews and feedback sessionsParticipate in case consultations and team meetingsMaintain organized records (electronic and paper)Optionally provide therapy services and / or supervise graduate studentsWhat Were Looking For
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, School, Neuropsychology, or Educational PsychologyLicensed in Colorado (or license-eligible); Medicaid credentialing requiredStrong background in autism and developmental disability evaluationsKnowledge of special education systems (IEPs / 504s)Excellent communication and report-writing skillsCommitment to culturally responsive careTech-savvy and comfortable with EHRsCollaborative, reliable, and not currently in private practiceBonus skills :
Experience assessing adults for developmental disabilitiesSpanish language proficiencyPassion for serving underserved or diverse populationsSupervision experienceWhat We Offer
Salary : $90,000$115,000 annually (based on experience, caseload, and supervision)Schedule : 12 testing days per week (9am3pm) with flexible writing hoursEmployment : W-2 status (not contractor)Benefits :
