What You'll Do as an Account Manager Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, following up as needed to provide exceptional service. Educate customers about their insurance options through a needs-based, customer-focused approach. Develop expertise in insurance products, services, and processes (with full support to earn your license!). Bring enthusiasm and a growth mindset to help drive our agencys success.
