Administrative Assistant- SalesLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a Sales Team with 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities :
- Support the Executive Sales Manager in daily sales operations and account management.
 - Prepare materials for sales meetings, attend meetings, take detailed notes, and translate them into actionable follow-ups.
 - Ensure all internal and external communications are clear, timely, and properly documented.
 - Oversee the full product sample lifecycle—from request to return—ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
 - Manage the complete order lifecycle, from item setup to final delivery, maintaining 99% accuracy in all entries and documentation.
 - Submit item setups for retailers via portals and spreadsheets, verifying all fields are complete and correct prior to submission.
 - Review all purchase orders to confirm dates, units, pricing, and terms before approval.
 - Maintain and update Excel master sheets for order tracking and reporting.
 - Use PLM software and customer portals to track product data, deadlines, and status updates.
 - Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely execution of tasks.
 
Experience :
