Helps plan weekly menus for clients which includes breakfast, lunch, sack lunches, and dinner all in accordance to nutritional standards, medical, and religious requests. Prepares meals according to the menu. Responsible for ordering of food items, and kitchen supplies within assigned budget with the approved suppliers. Responsible for maintaining all health code standards to ensure safety compliance for kitchen and dining areas of both facilities. Ability to lift or move items up to twenty-five pounds and ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
