We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to join our team (hybrid schedule). The primary responsibility of the Recruiter will be to source, screen, and recruit top talent for our clients and pay a base plus commission.

Key responsibilities :

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and on camera screens assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of potential candidates
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
