Job Title: Senior Program Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA 92121 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 1st Shift
Duration: Contract through 9/30/2026 (potential for extension and full-time conversion)
Pay: $35.19 $43.99 per hour (depending on experience)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Program Analyst to support program execution and coordination across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on small-scale programs to assess resources, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines
- Support Program Managers in planning and execution by contributing to project plans, including timelines, priorities, critical tasks, and resource allocation
- Prepare agendas and document key outcomes for review board meetings, including action items and project updates
- Track program deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Monitor and communicate changes in project scope, timelines, and priorities; escalate risks as needed
- Collect, analyze, and report program data and metrics using tools such as Excel (pivot tables, charts, and basic macros)
- Assist in tracking and reporting budget-related data
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
- Utilize project planning tools and provide feedback to improve program processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using data visualization and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Workfront, MS Bookings, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience tracking complex project schedules and execution plans
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Associates degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience
