15,000 employer base in the territory
Increase customer base, loyalty, revenue per customer, and top-line financial growth
Build and maintain strong executive relationships while generating new business leads through networking and marketing efforts
Qualifications :
5-8+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales within the healthcare and benefits industry
Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
Experience in the healthcare, payer, provider, and employer benefits ecosystem
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to self-start and motivate others
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
