A company is looking for a Senior AI Workforce Development Specialist to support AI skills development through Registered Apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to employers and industry partners on integrating AI into apprenticeship programs
Develop AI-related training modules and curricula for adoption across industries
Engage with stakeholders to create new AI-centric apprenticeable occupations and increase AI literacy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of experience without a degree
Deep expertise in the Registered Apprenticeship system and program standards development
Practical knowledge of AI technologies and their applications across industries
Proven ability to engage diverse national stakeholders, including industry and education partners
Strong technical writing skills for reports and publications
