Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or 10+ years of equivalent experience). Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in industry-standard estimating and takeoff software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Construction Estimator
Location : Miami, Florida
Employment Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed budgets / estimates for ground-up construction projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate takeoffs and scope understanding.
- Ability to manage estimating team.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and budget control.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and subcontractor input to produce competitive and accurate estimates.
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead estimating efforts and contribute to preconstruction strategy and value engineering.
