Job descriptionReuniones con el equipo para marcar tareas y prioridades a semana vista. Seguimiento del calendario de contenidos. Analizar datos, optimizar, mejorar, replicar. Establecer objetivos, ver los nmeros y coordinarse con direccin en cuanto a decisiones y prioridades. Gestionar al equipo para marcar la lnea de actuacin y revisin del desempeo. Colaborar con otros departamentos Gestin de Commerce (reuniones con proveedores, marketplaces, etc.). Gestin de equipo Negociar con proveedores formacin para el equipo. Trasladarles responsabilidades y evaluar el desempeo. Definicin de roles del equipo. Fomentar la formacin y retroalimentacin de los conocimientos del equipo. Analizar los resultados. Gestionar las propias necesidades del equipo. Planificacin y ejecucin de la estrategia Coordinacin con equipo de diseo y ventas. Definicin de productos comerciales y objetivos. Soporte a Marketing para llevar a cabo creatividades. Supervisin de contenidos, resultados y cumplimiento del timing. Planificacin y definicin de las campaas en curso. Seguimiento, anlisis y venta de repercusiones. Gestin de marketplaces y outlets. Visin transversal del mundo de ventas online. Experiencia en la implementacin del canal E-commerce. Conocimientos de distintos CMS (Shopify, Magento u otras plataformas), integradores para Marketplaces y pasarelas de pago. Gestin de marcas en canales Online, experiencia cliente a travs de sistemas ticketing y gestores logsticos. Proyecto estable, a jornada completa y contrato indefinido. Buscamos a un / a Digital Commerce Lead para facilitar el crecimiento e incrementar las ventas mediante el desarrollo de un plan integral para el canal de venta online.
Responsibilities
- Gestin de la marca
Control de presupuesto y propuesta de acciones correctivas.
Comunicacin con el resto de los departamentos para asegurar que estn alineados y coordinados con las acciones que se implementan desde el rea Commerce.
Desarrollar plan de carrera con los miembros del equipo.
Definicin de estrategia para nuevos lanzamientos.
