What you will do:

• Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform in conjunction with your professional network
• Reach out to prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and evaluate their interest
• Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach

What you need to excel:

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Compensation structure:
