Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the implementation of the Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) for customers
Manage project plans, timelines, and resources while maintaining communication with clients and team members
Track deliverables, complete client invoicing, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Experience in resource scheduling and project coordination or associate project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple project timelines and workstreams simultaneously
Experience with task tracking or documentation tools
US citizen, resident, or green card holder required for Government Cloud support
